There is always something to fix on a boat and Now & Zen is no exception. Having made three trips up the mast this past week (one to fix the wind indicator, one to install a new lighting rod, and one to take down a defective wind vane), I thought I’d take a couple of photos.
That done the boat was ready for a charter and provisioned for a gourmet dinner. A last minute cancellation meant we got to enjoy one of our own gourmet feasts. Sea Bass with coconut peach mango habanero sauce, a Sea Scallop seared in coconut oil, topped with a Cajun crayfish, complimented with a fresh avocado and mango salsa salad and steamed okra.
